Glenn and I recently departed a day early for our scheduled trip due to having the water shut off in our house. We spent the first night at Spring Valley in Cambridge.
Friday was a beautiful day so we relaxed outside in the afternoon. Shortly before 5 p.m. Glenn noticed a leak in our hot water tank. He was able to find a plug at Tractor Supply and fixed that problem fairly easily.
Saturday we had planned to leave bright and early but noticed that none of our 12-volt lights were working. Glenn evaluated the situation and decided we needed to head back home to see if RCD could take a look at the problem. When we arrived at RCD, Dick (in service) agreed to look at our motorhome but said that he would have to quit to service the RV for a couple who had an appointment. We certainly understood that and were glad to wait. However, the couple told Dick to go ahead and look at our problem since we were headed out for a trip. RCD loaned the couple a vehicle so they could go out to breakfast.
Within an hour, Dick had diagnosed our problem, replaced 3 corroded battery terminals, and we were on our way.
We have always found that the service at RCD was excellent. This is just another example of what you can expect when dealing with RCD.
